In the event that an error in the price of a product shall occur, OCTOVO will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If OCTOVO is unable to contact the customer the order will be treated as cancelled. Any special offers will be priced accordingly showing the specific period this item is on special offer for.
