WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently we ship to the United States of America and to parts of Europe (Ireland, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal). We will be adding further countries over the next few months. For shipping requests, please email

IS THE COST OF SHIPPING INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
No, the cost of shipping is not included in the product cost; shipping will be added on when you go to checkout. We charge a flat shipping rate of USD $10 per order placed to the United States and a flat shipping rate of $15 per order placed to Europe. This
rate is fixed per order; the number of items in your shopping basket does not affect the shipping costs.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE AND WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY SHIPPMENT?
We dispatch all orders received by the following daily cut off times, 4pm PST/7pm EST, on the next business day. All OCTOVO shipments ship via UPS and shipping times will vary depending on your destination. Typically a shipment will take 3 to 4 transit days.
Typical order timeline:
- Order cut-off time: 4pm PST/7pm EST (On a Sunday for example)
- Order ships from our facility on the following business day (Monday)
- Package will be delivered to your door by UPS on Thursday or Friday
Once you order has been dispatched you will receive a notification e-mail. This e-mail will contain a UPS tracking number, which will allow you to track your order on the UPS website:

WILL CUSTOMS DUTY & SALES TAX BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
Shipments to the United States: OCTOVO will clear all products through customs when they enter the U.S. and pay all import duties. Prices displayed for products being delivered to the U.S. do not include local Sales Tax. As we have a presence in California,
Kentucky, Texas, North Carolina and Minnesota and to ensure we comply with U.S. government tax laws, any orders originating in these states will be subject to the applicable sales tax at checkout.
Shipments to Europe: The customer will be classed as the Importer of Record (IOR) and as such will be liable to settle any customs and sales taxes, import duties and local VAT. Payment of these charges will be required in order to release your shipment from
customs on arrival. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what they may be as they vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for these charges before you place your order to
ensure you are fully aware of what these charges will be.
DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
You do not need an account to browse, view or to purchase products from our website. However, should you wish that we remember your information for repeat purchases; you should then open an account. Registration is a quick and simple process.

CAN I REVIEW MY ORDER HISTORY AND UPDATE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
Yes, if you opened an account, you can at any time log into your account and update your personal details or view the status of your current orders or order history. To view this information you need to go to the "My Account" section in the �Shopping Bag� tab
which is located on the Top menu.
WILL THE COLOR MATCH THE COLOR IN THE IMAGES ON SCREEN?
While every effort is made to ensure that the on-screen colour accurately reflects the actual material colour some slight variations are may occur. Some slight differences are also likely as a result of your computer�s screen and personal settings.
We ensure you that we use only top quality materials and genuine Italian leather in all our products. Leather, being a natural material, is prone to slight differences in texture and colour from batch to batch.
HOW WILL MY PRODUCTS BE PACKAGED?
All products purchased through the OCTOVO web-store are tastefully presented in gift like packaging. Each product will be wrapped in tissue like paper and placed inside a gift box bearing the OCTOVO name. With the product inside the packaging, we then shrink
wrap to avoid any marks and grime. The packaged item is then placed in a cushioned envelope for shipping. OCTOVO packaging is made from recycled materials.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PURCHASE?
For security reasons your card is only charged on receipt of your order by OCTOVO.
IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?
Yes, OCTOVO wishes to ensure that you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from dispatch for a full refund or product exchange. You
will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the product. If for any reason you are returning a damaged or defective product OCTOVO will cover all shipping costs.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
To arrange a product return, please e-mail OCTOVO Customer care at customercare@octostyle.com Please detail in that e-mail, your name, reason for return, order number and whether you require an exchange or refund. Customer care will then contact you with detailed
instructions on how and where to return the product to. The credit will be applied to the credit card used to originally purchase the goods once the unused product has been received and checked.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
We do not accept orders for products we do not currently have in stock therefore the processing time for each order is very short and does not allow us an opportunity to cancel an order before it is dispatched. If for any reason you change your mind after
the order has dispatched, then please follow the procedure for returning a product.
BULK ORDERS
If you are interested in placing a bulk order for our products, please note that OCTOVO regards bulk orders to be product quantities of 50 or more units. Shipping for bulk orders can take up to 5 weeks for delivery. For more information please Email us at
